Prohibited Activities: You must not use Tandral in any manner that violates laws, infringes upon others' rights, or disrupts the integrity or performance of our services. The services provided by Tandral should not be used for any unlawful purposes.
4. Subscription and Payment
Plans: Tandral offers various subscription levels, each with specific features and token allocations. By subscribing, you agree to the fees and terms associated with your selected plan.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and you will be charged the same amount unless you cancel or modify your subscription.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to change the subscription prices. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
Refunds: Contact our customer support for refund requests. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 30 days of the transaction date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to subscribed features continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of the subscription if canceled early.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Tandral owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Data: We do not train any AI model on user-uploaded content. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our Services.
Privacy: Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can review on our website.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tandral is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tandral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tandral, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tandral regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and Tandral.

Content Accuracy: While Tandral strives to provide accurate and helpful educational content, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the AI-generated material. Users should verify information and use it as a supplementary tool.
Review and Responsibility: Users are responsible for reviewing and validating the educational content provided by the AI. Tandral is intended to support, not replace, traditional educational resources.
